The Nifty has moved almost 13% in last 20 trading sessions. The likely hood of a correction is very high.. Lets see which are the best candidates for building shorts in the market
1) The Bank Nifty has moved 23.2% which gives us a β of 1.8
2) Infra has moved 22.3% giving us β of 1.72
3) Metals has moved 25.8% giving us β of 1.98
4) Capital goods has moved 28.2% giving us β of 2.17
If the markets have to correct we will see a correction in the above. With the above leading the pack
all 4 predictions were spot on. I booked profits on banks. i should have done others also. anyway better luck next time.
